Hello, my name is Esmeralda Sky.
I decided to start a blog about Guilds due to my experience and lessons I have aquired from my own personal experiences. I want to share my own advice with anyone looking for some advice!
I have held many leadership positions in the MMORPG , World of Warcraft.
I held a Guild founder/ Guild leader position for 2 years,
Co- Guild leader position for 1.5 years and an officer spot for .5 years.
I have had experience recruiting on a low population, pvprp realms, and through expansion releases and lawls.
I know what it is like to rise from the ashes of a guild burned by "Guild Drama".
I know what it is like to recruit and build from the ground up.
I know the struggles that come with trying to grow a guild on a server with many "warring" guilds.
I know what it is like to deal with the mudslinging and head hunting that normally comes from bitter, jealous, or competitive guilds.
Most importantly, I know the journey consists of Brick, Stone's, and a Backbone.
